13:18 And he said, Take the arrows. And he took them. And he said unto the king of Israel, Smite upon the ground. And he smote thrice, and stayed.
13:19 And the man of God was wroth with him, and said, Thou shouldest have smitten five or six times; then hadst thou smitten Syria till thou hadst consumed it: whereas now thou shalt smite Syria but thrice.
Hello Dear, I welcome you to this new and awesome month of August 2019. I'm so sure no one has seen this month before in 2019, we all saw it at the same time. Does this minister anything to you at all? Yes! It did which means equal opportunity yes, God gave us equal opportunity to see the same day gave everyone the same 365 days in 2019 and the same 24 hrs.
If you can understand this very welcome you won't envy others. I have good news for you, it is your time to be celebrated. You must complete that project this time.
I will be concluding this topic (The Shoot) for now, we discussed how we could make the remaining months of the year fruitful by pick up at least a project from the numerous projects and focus on that one and make it to fruition instead of aiming at so many which is not wrong but since the have been done since and nothing have been achieved why not pick them one by one that's what I meant.
THE SHOOT
The scaring thing about dreams and vision is that it is not compulsory that it will come to lime light. What do I mean? So many people get carried away with just the dream, they will analyze it for you, explain it in details but no proofs of it existing. You may ask but it is a dream why should it been seen physically immediately? I started with the word dreams so you will get what I'm saying concerning projects. Projects are usually short terms plan in achieving a dream or vision but so many people have made project look like a dream it self or vision it self. Really? Yes!
THE WORK
Looking at our introductory scriptures, you will notice vision is to destroy Syrians and the project was to Shoot the arrow of victory which was done but it didn't end there the Prophet said smite the arrows on the ground, which seems easier and the King did three times which seems good but it was not enough. What does this tell you, to smite the arrow on the ground can be likened to work. This is what must be done for our projects or that focussed project to come to fruition. We are too quick to think that we have over worked, over prayed, especially using this terms I have done my best . So many p<eople have had short lived success or no success at all because of this singular mindset just like that of this king. This I have done my best mindset comes from the fact that things aren't working the way it ought to. The truth is if you have not seen what you want there is still something you have not done, it could be that that you only stroke three times as against minimum six times. The beauty about working is that it can be seen if you care to notice What I am saying is that you should never think you that have done enough unless you have seen what you are looking for you it means you have not done enough and who say it ends there ? No! Proverbs chapter 4 verse 18 says But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. What I'm saying is that you should have an unending working so can have unending progress. God bless you for taking your time to read this, I'm sure you were blessed.
