So the same goes for that person that thinks his life is full of woes and disappointments, feeling nothing can change that is because he is yet to see that even the command God gave in Genesis 1:28: it talks about God gave us Dominion, so if God gave Dominion you can't have disappointments or rejections. This is so true because you can not have light and darkness together cohabiting in the same room. Now, since you have seen that you have dominion, it means you can't be dominated or be disappointed or even rejected, what will you do to make sure this becomes and continues to be a reality? It is simple : DO ALL YOU CAN TO MAINTAIN YOUR SIGHT!
Yes! If you don't continuously do it you will loose it without knowing. This is very important especially to the Father who happens to be the head of the family. You have to make sure your eyes is open, if you can't see as a Man your family may be in trouble especially if your wife can't see too because you are supposed to help her see things as you lead her and as you follow God's leasing too. God may not speak to you like He did to Abraham to Change His story, it is your duty to search it out in His Word(The Holy Bible) to know what the way forward, Remember as the Head of the Family you have to be Ahead all the time. Let's continue with our character(Abraham) as we see in scriptures God kept helping Abraham to maintain his sight, even after telling him that he wants to make a nation out of him, how? First God changed his location (Genesis 12:1). Secondly God went further so Abraham can see what He was telling him by a Change in his name from Abram which means "high father" to “Abraham,” which means "father of a multitude" (Genesis 17:5) and his wife's name from “Sarai,” “my princess,” to “Sarah,” “mother of nations” (Genesis 17:15–16). We know from history that the descendants of Abraham and Sarah formed many nations, including the Jews' and Muslims'.
God didn't stop here, He went further to even tell him to count the stars and dust of ground to make him really have a clearer picture all these happened at different times.
What I'm saying? Do all you can follow what God has done, Yes thank God you have a great name but if you have the leading to change location for your sight to be sustained and improved do, if you have to change friends do, remember you are commanded to love everyone not to be in relationship with everyone. There is no time for you to start living a life of regret, because that alone is a sign of a bad sight. WARNING: You are not told how long it will take you to get what you see, it took Abraham 25 years to have Isaac, it took Joesph about 13 years to become the Prime Minister and it took Jesus about 3 years from when He started His Ministry fully to die for our sins . So start seeing and do all you can to keep and improve on your sight so you can become what God wants you to be quickly.
