Hello Sweethearts, you are welcome once again to our weekend Digest with yours sincerely. We began a series last week and God made us understand the core Foundation for the first Family and if that is His intention then we don't have any excuse to live otherwise.
This week will be looking another important aspect which makes us unique and different from other Mammals.
In Genesis 1:26 When God spoke about the creation of Man, I will like to mention here that the First Family God created is You, yes I mean you because He made us three in one meaning He created us too to be three in one like Him and we can also say that we are gods according to Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
From our introductory scripture 1 Thes.5:23 we see here that Man is a spirit, that has a soul and live in a body. The spirit, soul and body has to be in agreement before anything can be done. Now, elaborating this we find out we don't have difficulty understanding the body because we see the body every time but where there is difficulty is the spirit and soul. I will like to explain the differences with simple terms. The spirit man never sleeps even when your body is asleep, it is the spirit that is at work in your dreams Lol... Your soul has the key to your emotions and your body responds to touch and physical feeling. In all these God created a pattern in which they will relate since they are one,He did it in such a way that the spirit has a great influence on both the soul and body because that's the reason Apostle Paul commanded us in Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Since we have come to know this truth that we are commanded to walk in the Spirit meaning it is our spirit that communicates to God not our body or our soul according to Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. It means that if we want to be guided in making decisions quickly, and the Spirit, soul and Body must agree it will be wisdom to empower the spirit to properly guide the remaining aspects and we can do so by feeding the spirit so it can relate to God properly since God don't communicate with our soul and body.
How can we feed the Spirit?
We can feed the Spirit by reading the Holy Bible, reading anointed books, listening to anointed messages, reading online Scriptural materials the list is endless.
