Security: Abducted 14 year old Ese from Bayesla state have been Released.

Residents of the Bayesla state have been making complaints of young children been abducted and till date were nowhere to be found but the case of abducted 14-year-old, Ese Oruru, who was forcibly
taken from her home in Opolo, Bayelsa State, to Kano and married off six months ago has been
released.
It was learnt that she was freed upon the intervention of the Inspector-General of Police, Mr.
Solomon Arase, on Monday.
Arase had earlier in the day claimed that he could not secure Oruru’s release without the help of the
Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, as he was said to be away on lesser hajj in Saudi Arabia.
However, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce representing
Bayelsa East had threatened to report the IGP to the United Nations if he failed to immediately
secure the abducted teenager’s release.
He also got in touch with Sanusi and demanded the
immediate release of the girl, who wqs abducted
in August 2015 by one Yunusa.
Based on pressure from Nigerians, Sanusi then directed the Kano State Sharia Commission to
secure Oruru’s release.
From what just happened concerning Ese's case it is obvious Nigerians aren't serious about the Chibok girls because if they are, they would have been brought back long ago.
