It was a moment of celebration as the Governor Mimiko of Ondo State gave about 659 workers N256 million car loan.
The workers who received their cheques at the weekend were advised by the state government to
ensure judicious use of the loan and refrain from
spending it on frivolities
The Head of Service, Toyin Akinkuotu, who gave
the advice said the Olusegun Mimiko-led
administration is committed to the welfare of its
workers despite the unpalatable economic situation of the nation.
So it has come to the point where unless workers get loans they can't afford anything.
