Yesterday we dealt with some good food you could eat to stay healthy but today we shall be looking at some fruits that could make your skin Glow by applying them or simply eating them or by drinking their natural juice. Most persons have gone artificial by using chemicals to make their sking glow; hence the increasing rate of skin cancer. The natural is always the safest. Here are some fruits that could make your skin Glow and how to use them.

Bananas
Bananas, being rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B and Vitamin
E, act as an anti-ageing agent. Opt for a face pack
comprising a freshly mashed banana mixed with honey to
get glowing skin. They are a rich source of fiber, minerals,
magnesium and potassium, which aid proper blood
circulation in our body and build immunity. Bananas are a
great substitute for unhealthy snacks we tend to eat in-
between meals.
Oranges
Oranges are a rich source of Vitamin C, and help in
improving the skin texture. They remove blemishes and
slow down the process of ageing naturally. Dry orange
peels and powder them; store the powder in an airtight
container. Use this as a natural scrub once or twice a
week to get clear and glowing skin.
Pawpaw
A rich source of antioxidants and an enzyme called papain,
pawpaw can banish skin impurities and remove dead skin
cells when used on the skin topically.
Rub your face gently with the inside of the pawpaw for
about a minute to exfoliate, cleanse and soften your skin.
Alternatively, blend pawpaws and 2 tablespoons of either
honey or yogurt and use this mixture as a mask. Rinse
with lukewarm water after 20 minutes and follow up with
a moisturizer.
Apples
The high antioxidant content in apples prevents cell and
tissue damage, and aging. It helps minimize wrinkles and
fine lines, keeping the bowels clean. Apply apple juice
mixed with honey on your face; let it dry, and wash off.
This is a very good hydrating face mask.
Lemon
It has high Vitamin C content and natural bleaching
properties, making it a good cleanser that lightens
blemishes, acne scars, spots and skin tone. Start your day
by drinking a glass of warm water mixed with a dash of
lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. This fights cellulite
and clears your skin from within.
